Transparency and Care
If for some reason you are unhappy with one of your items, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to return it for a full refund (minus a 20% re-stocking fee for the merchandise) or exchange your item for another piece of Jordy RY practice wear. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same unused condition and in the same packaging you received it in.
You must notify us of the return by emailing sales@JordyRY.com, and we must receive the returned item within 14 calendar days of your delivery date. Alternatively you can exchange your item for another Jordy RY item and the restocking fee will not apply.
Once we receive your item we will notify you if your return is approved, and we will initiate your refund to your credit card (or original payment method) minus the 20 percent re-stocking fee. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy. We do not refund shipping costs.
Everything You Need to Know
Your item(s), once purchased will be wrapped up in protective plastic and shipped through USPS Priority Mail, domestic & international. Customer will be responsible for shipping and returns at all times.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
